Mechanical Plant Acoustic Certification

Acoustic Works conducted mechanical plant compliance measurements at 64 Gateway Drive,
Noosaville on 30 September 2021. The measurements were conducted to determine
compliance for air conditioning condenser units and bathroom extractor fans with Condition
81 of Noosa Council's Decision Notice (ref: MCU132007.738.04, dated 25 June 2019).

During the attended measurements, all air-conditioning condenser units and a portion of
bathroom extractor fans within the development were switched on to represent normal
operating conditions with measurements conducted onsite and at the nearest residential
boundaries. All condensers and bathroom extractor fans were found to be inaudible at the
nearest residential receivers. Based on the results of the noise measurements at the time of
the assessment, the condenser units and bathroom exhaust fans comply with Condition 81 of
Noosa Council’s Decision Notice (ref: MCU132007.738.04) for 24-hour operation.
