2. RW3 footing not complete during inspection — photos provided of RW3 before pour

17/11/2020 HG 8. Prepour inspection of GB1 and GB2 footings (unit 38-42): Ok to pour

= Bottom cover not adequate in some spots — cages were re-chaired during inspection,
= Western GB1 footing cage had no side cover — cage was moved over during inspection to achieve
adequate side cover.
= Any rubble and debris to be pulled out before pour.
* Where stop pour— after concrete cured, break out loose concrete overpour ready for next pour.
Vibrate all concrete, maintain cover during pour.
18/11/2020 HG 4. Prepour inspection of GB1 and GB2 footings (unit 32-38): Photos to be sent
= Bottom cover not adequate in some spots ~ cages were re-chaired during inspection.
= Some side cover issues to GB2s as they were dropping cages in - cage to be moved over to achieve
adequate side cover and photos sent.
= Cages to unit 32/33 yet to be placed — photos to be sent
» Any rubble and debris to be pulled out before pour.
= Where stop pour- after concrete cured, break out loose concrete overpour ready for next pour.
Vibrate all concrete, maintain cover during pour.
20/11/2020 HG 5. Prepour inspection of GB1 and GB2 footings (unit 30-31): ok

20/11/2020 HG 6. Prepour inspection of RW1-RW2 Blockwork walls ok
* Horizontal bars missing -- these were being drilled and feed through end of blockwork during and
after inspection
= Vertical bars to be held and adjusted to maintain position and cover — ensure inner tie bars to slab
