18.11   Chief       Power, as a person conducting a business or undertaking, to Section 28 Electrical
        Executive   ensure workers who are required to perform, or help in Safety Regulation
        Officer     performing, electrical work are competent in rescue and 2013
                    resuscitation in accordance with recognised practices in the
                    electricity industry.
