21.58   Chief       Power, as an administering authority, to change the Sections 316L and

                    section 316L(1)(a) and 316L(1)(b).
21.59   Chief       Power, as an administering authority, to give the holder:-         Section 316N

                            make a site-specific application for a new
                            environmental authority under Chapter 5 Part 2 or

                    give written notice of the proposed requirement prior to
                    making it.
21.61   Chief       Power, as an administering authority, to ask any entity for Section 316Q
        Executive   advice, comment or information about an application made Environmental
