22.12 Chief       Power, as a generator of tested waste in the State, to:-          Section 52
      Executive      (a) for each load of the waste transported to a receiver,      Environmental

                     (b) give the prescribed information for the load to the
                         receiver; and
                     (c) keep the record mentioned in subsection 52(1) for at
                         least 5 years.
22.13 Chief       Power, as a receiver in the State who is given a load of tested   Section 53
      Executive   waste, to:-                                                       Environmental
      Officer        (a) record the prescribed information for the load in the      Protection Regulation
                         approved form;                                             2019
                     (b) within 24 hours after becoming aware of an omission
                         or inaccuracy in the prescribed information, give
                         written notice of the omission or inaccuracy to the
                         administering authority; and
                     (c) keep the record mentioned in subsection 53(2) for at
                         least 5 years.
22.14 Chief       Power, as a waste handler to pay the fee to the chief             Section 73

22.15 Chief       Power, as a generator, to give the transporter the prescribed Section 78(1)
