30.01 Chief Power, as a party to a proceeding before a court, in the Section 49(2) Human

of the Act; or
(b) a question arises in relation to the interpretation of a
statutory provision in the Act.
30.03 Chief Power, as a party to a proceeding, to give notice in the Section 52(1)(b)
Executive approved form to the Attorney-General and the commission if Human Rights Act
Officer a question is referred to the Supreme Court under section 49. 2019
30.04 Chief Power, where the commissioner decides to accept a human Section 77(1) Human
Executive rights complaint, to comply with the actions taken by the Rights Act 2019

(a) making submissions to the commission in writing in
response to the complaint;
(b) complying with a direction to give the commission
