    2. The conditions of any easements in favour of Energex must be maintained at all
       times.

    3. Any future works on Easement L on SP173771 are to ensure there is no impact
       to the existing underground 11kV feeder. Prior to works commencing, the
       Applicant/Developer is to submit RPEQ certified drawings to Energex
       accurately locating underground electrical services and designing around these
       services.
        Note: where relevant, this condition may be satisfied by referring to Energex
        any future development application/s for Operational Work, in accordance with
        the requirements of the Planning Regulation 2017.

    4. Any future works on an Energex easement or in the vicinity of Energex assets
       are carried out in accordance with Energex Standard Guidelines UG-03/12. A
       copy of these guidelines is attached for reference.
