Palm Lake Works Pty Ltd submit this Development Application for a Minor Change in relation to
approved Material Change of Use for Multiple Housing —- Type 3 Retirement & Special Needs
MCU15/0111 & REC15/0031 over 2 & 4 Lamonts Road and 19 & 20 Trading Post Road, Lots 1 & 4
RP 215922 & Lots 1 & 2 RP 165418 in accordance with Section 78 of the Planning Act 2016.

e Appendix C — Copy of the Development Approval MCU15/0111 & REC15/0031

This Minor Change Application requests to amend Condition 7 only. Justification of the proposed
amendment is provided herein.

PROPOSED CHANGE TO APPROVAL

The proposed amendment to Condition 7 is as follows:

Current Condition 7:

“The Development Permit for a material change of use lapses if the use has not commenced by 21
July 2020. The uncompleted aspects of this development approval lapse if the whole of the
approved use has not happened by 21 July 2024.”

Proposed Changed Condition 7:

“The Development Permit for a material change of use lapses if the use has not commenced by 21
July 2020. The uncompleted aspects of this development approval lapse if the whole of the
approved use has not happened by 21 July 2028.” With potential for further extension later, if
necessary.
