2.3      Site Location and Layout

Located on the northern side of Louis Bazzo Drive, the Subject lot abuts forested lots and one large open
grassland Lot to the north.

At some point (approximately 20 – 30 years ago) the Subject Lot was used as a source of road base material
with the cleared and excavated area obvious on aerial images. Much of the less suitable excavated material
was dumped into the open forest area north east of the clearing, creating a disturbed area (shown in Figure
2) where young trees have subsequently taken root, although competition for light means that they are tall
and spindly in form.

An existing access track swings across the northern portion of the site as shown in Figure 2.
