Condition 2
Council’s original condition 2 reads:

Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally
comply with the approved plans of development. The approved plans are
listed in the following table unless otherwise amended by these conditions.

Our Client’s Representations
As a result of the changes described above, the Site Plan and the Floor Plan (for
the service station and F&B tenancy), included in Attachment A, supersede the
approved corresponding plans. The revised Landscape Plans included in
Attachment C supersede the approved landscape plans. Any other plans that
require consequential amendment can be conditioned to be amended or we
will submit under separate cover if required earlier by Council. The condition is
therefore requested to be amended as follows:
