               Distributed Network Service Provider or DNSP means Energex

               Electricity Distribution Network means the electricity distribution network owned by Energex

               Electricity Retailer means Acacia Energy, the nominated electrical retailer and aggregator of electricity sold in the
               electricity market.

               Equipment means the community battery and all related components, including items needed for Grid Connection

               Fees means the fees payable to YEF for operation and maintenance of the Equipment during the O&M Period
