                      Council for grant funding under the Federal Government’s Community Batteries for Household Solar - Delivery
                      of Election Commitments Stream 1

               Good industry practice means:

               •   utilizing those practices, methods, techniques and acts that, as at the date of the Agreement; and

               •   exercising that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight,

               that would reasonably be expected of experienced and competent contractors experienced in the design, engineering,
               supply, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance of facilities similar to the facility and
               complying with all law;

               National Energy Grid

               Objectives means the objectives for the Project set out in Item 6 above
