5     F INDINGS AND D ISCUSSIONS
The project proposes to subdivide an existing property into seven (7) Lots with access to
Gympie Street via individual driveways and Butler Street via a shared driveway arrangement.

No trees within the site are shown for retention, and as such, no further comments will be
made on these trees.

A line of mixed tree and shrub species occupies and straddles the property boundary with
Gympie Street. Of these trees and shrubs, all bar one (Tr1) are planned for removal; as such,
no further comments will be made.

Tr2 and Tr3 are the two trees standing within the grass area of the Gympie Street verge
towards the kerb to which this report refers.
