     DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR OPERATIONAL WORKS FOR SIGNAGE AT 4-24
     GIBSON RD, NOOSAVILLE
     That Council note the report by the Manager Development Assessment to the Planning &
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 7 August 2018 regarding Planning & Environment
     Court Appeal No. 2760 of 2018 and agree to defend the appeal.

5    132006.1395.4 PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COURT APPEAL NO 2995 OF 2018,
     REFUSAL OF EXTENSION TO RELEVANT PERIOD FOR 10 MULTIPLE DWELLING
     UNITS AT 142 NOOSA DVE, NOOSA HEADS
     That Council note the report by the Manager Development Assessment to the Planning &
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 11 September 2018 regarding Planning &
     Environment Court Appeal No. 2995 of 2018 and agree to defend the appeal.

6    COM18 0263 PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COURT APPEAL NO 2881 OF 2018,
     ENFORCEMENT NOTICE ISSUED TO NOOSA AIRFIELD, LAKE WEYBA DVE & EENIE
     CREEK RD, NOOSAVILLE
     That Council note the report by the Manager Development Assessment to the Planning &
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 11 September 2018 regarding Planning &
     Environment Court Appeal No. 2881 of 2018 and agree to continue enforcement against
     Noosa Airfield to address the current breaches of The Noosa Plan.

7    CONSERVATION LAND GUIDELINES
     That Planning & Environment Committee Agenda Item 7 be referred to the General
     Committee due to the significance of the issue.

9    LGAQ ANNUAL CONFERENCE PROPOSED MOTION - ELECTRONIC GAMING
     MACHINES
     That Planning & Environment Committee Agenda Item 9 be referred to the General
     Committee due to the significance of the issue.


10   ESTABLISHMENT OF TEEWAH AND COOLOOLA                         WORKING      GROUP      AND
     APPOINTMENT OF COUNCILLOR REPRESENTATIVE
     That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Services & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 11 September 2018 regarding the establishment of the Teewah
     and Cooloola Working Group and:
     A.   Note the establishment of the Teewah and Cooloola Working Group; and
     B.   Appoint the Mayor and Cr Stockwell as Council’s representative on the Working Group.
