Roof Form
Specific Outcome O12d) requires the main roof of the building include a minimum 5 degree pitch
and no box/parapets. The proposal includes a 3 degree roof pitch with parapets. The box
parapets have been designed around the atrium link and the supermarket entrance.
The applicant submits that although there are some ‘box like’ elements in the roof form, they are
generally limited to small sections of the roof and will not be out of character with the location.
