Previous Council Consideration
Sunshine Coast Regional Council’s Contracts Governance Committee Meeting on 24 June 2010
endorsed a 4 year contract period, with an option to extend the contract for a further one (1) year
period.

Finance & Risk
Failure to execute the one (1) year option would require Council to tender for a new contract
period, requiring immediate Council resources to be invested. Approving this contract option
allows for the extension of the management agreement with Anvera Pty Ltd, thus avoiding the
need to go to immediate tender.
