5.4.2           Natural Hazards Risk and Resilience
As shown in Figure 6 below, the site is identified within the local government flood mapping area and bushfire prone area, relating
to the 'Natural Hazards Risk and Resilience’ State interest. In accordance with Part 2.1.1 of the Planning Scheme, flood mapping
areas and bushfire prone areas have been integrated. Please refer to the Bushfire Hazard Assessment and Management Plan and
accompanying code responses for further details.
