Response to Information request for development application for material change of use of premises – retail business type 5 (vehicle uses), retail business type 2 (shop & entertainment & dining business) and type 1 (food and beverages) and Operational works for signage at 140-142 Eumundi Noosa Road Noosaville; formally described as Lot 2 on RP173876
In accordance with Section 278 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and of behalf of Denmac Nominees Pty Ltd, please find below a full response to the information requested by Council on 16 August 2016 for the Material Change of Use Development Application (Impact Assessment) for a Retail Business Type 5 (Vehicle Uses), Retail Business Type 2 (Shop & Entertainment & Dining Business) and Type 1 (Food and Beverages) and Operational Works for Signage at 140-142 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville.

The response includes the following supporting material:

·         Amended Architectural Plans (Attachment A);

·         Amended Landscape Plans (Attachment B);

·         Traffic Response (Attachment C); and

·         Stormwater Response (Attachment D).
