Water supply for fire fighting
                                 Complies – The proposal does not result in any
                                 intensification of development but merely seeks
                                 to create two separate titles for the existing
                                 dwellings. As such, the existing access to water
                                 supply for fire fighting purposes is considered
                                 adequate.




Energy Efficiency
                                 Complies – Each lot is capable of accommodating
                                 a dwelling with living areas oriented to within 20
                                 degrees either side of north




                                 Complies – The proposed subdivision and
                                 building envelopes will enable future dwellings
                                 to be designed to optimise solar access and
                                 access to prevailing breezes to create a
                                 climatically responsive dwelling.
