Lot Layout
             Complies – The proposed lot layout is reflective
             of the location of the existing dwellings and
             provides a logical and efficient solution to allow
             the dwellings to exist on separate tenure, with
             shared driveway access.




             Alternative Solution – The proposed building
             envelopes are located within 50m of the
             adjoining Castaways Beach foreshore reserve,
             however there are already existing dwellings in
             the locations of the proposed building envelopes
             such that any impacts of new dwelling
             construction will be minimal from both an
             environmental and visual amenity perspective.

             Complies – The proposal incorporates two lots
