                          Complies – The existing vegetation will be
                          retained along the David Low Way frontage and
                          along the eastern boundary adjoining the
                          foreshore reserve to ensure ongoing protection
                          of environmental values and visual amenity of
                          the site and the locality.




Road and rail corridors
                          Complies – The proposed building envelopes are
                          located to generally align with the existing
                          dwellings. Therefore, the extent of road traffic
                          noise for new dwellings will be no greater than
                          for the existing dwellings. Building setbacks (min
                          20m from David Low Way) will assist in
                          mitigating noise impacts. Furthermore, it is
                          expected that the design of future dwellings on
                          the site will incorporate acoustic treatment
                          measures as required.
