       Development is not resulting in a new use, new parcel of land, change in built form, impact on traffic or
        increased impact on neighbours or infrastructure.

Given the above, we believe that there is sufficient justification for the proposed works to be able to be approved as
a minor change to the existing approval, and it is therefore requested that Council endorse the enclosed amended
plans as referenced documents.
