          That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the General
          Meeting dated 16 June 2025 and pursuant to sections 97, 98 and 262(3)(c) of the
          Local Government Act 2009, for the 2025-26 financial year the cost-recovery fees
          and commercial charges provided in Attachment 1 to the report Attachment 1 to the
          Ordinary Meeting Minutes 19 June 2025 - Revised Fees & Charges 2025-2026.
