8. Existing Network Details
8.1 Existing Conditions and Operations
8.1.1 Local Road Network
All roads in the immediate vicinity of the site are administered by Noosa Council. The hierarchy and
characteristics of these roads in the immediate vicinity of the site that may be impacted are shown in Table 8.1.

There is no designated pedestrian and or cyclists routes
8.1.3 On-Street Parking
Throughout the nearby traffic road network there is no on-street parking availability
No on-street parking for construction vehicle will be provided and all plant, vehicles and equipment will be parked
within the extents of the works or within approved Traffic Management extents.
8.1.4 Schools and Community Precincts
The intersection of Lake MacDonald Drive and Elm Street is a designated school zone where by Tadpoles
Early Learning Centre is located. All personnel associated with the works are to adhered to road rules .
