7   UPDATE TO INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGES RESOLUTION
    That Council note the report by the Infrastructure Assessment Coordinator to the Planning &
    Environment Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2022 and adopt the “Noosa Shire Council
    Charges Resolution (No.7) 2022” provided as Attachment 1 to the report, to replace the
    “Noosa Shire Council Charges Resolution (No.6) 2021” and take effect on 19 August 2022.

1   PLANNING APPLICATIONS DECIDED BY DELEGATED AUTHORITY – JUNE 2022
    That Council note the report by the Manager, Development Assessment to the Planning &
    Environment Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2022 regarding planning applications that
    have been decided by delegated authority.


    Committee Recommendation
    That the report of the Planning & Environment Committee dated 9 August 2022 be received
    and the recommendations therein be adopted except where dealt with by separate resolution

    COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL

1   T000061 – TRAIL 5 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT TENDER AWARD
    That Council note the report by the Project Manager to the Services & Organisation Meeting
    dated 9 August 2022 and:
    A.     Award Contract T000061 for the design and construction of the Trail 5 upgrade works to
           Wilson Family Trust t/a Trailworx for the lump sum price of $714,000 excluding GST; and
    B.     Approve expenditure under this Contract up to $800,000 excluding GST, including
           contingency spend.
