                                         Expression of Interest

        Noosa Shire Destination Management Plan - Project Control Group
       Destination Management
       Noosa is well known as being a great place to live and visit. The process of developing a
       Destination Management Plan is to ensure Noosa continues to be a great place for our
       residents and visitors.
       The Destination Management approach examines all aspects of the economy, exploring ways to enrich the
       lives of its people and their place through a well-managed and sustainable destination.
       This approach puts people and their place at the forefront.

       Purpose
       The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to appoint three stakeholders with community and/or industry
       experience to join a Project Control Group to provide strategic guidance and oversight to Council in the
       development of a sustainable Destination Management Plan for the Noosa Shire.
       There will be a range of other approaches for engaging the wider community throughout the process.
       Participation on the Project Control Group will initially be for 12 months.
