As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting your personal information and right to privacy, we are
seeking your consent to use the personal information you have provided in this nomination. Noosa Council
will use the information contained in this notice to:
¢ Process your Expression of Interest nomination;
¢ Identify DMPPCG membership; and
¢ Provide you with the outcome of the Expression of Interest process.
Noosa Council will only use the personal information necessary for the purposes listed above. If you do not
want your personal information to be used for these purposes, please notify Noosa Council at the time of
submitting your nomination.
WHAT HAPPENS IF | DON'T PROVIDE MY CONSENT TO NOOSA COUNCIL?
It is your right to refuse to give Noosa Council your consent to use your personal information for these
purposes. However, please be aware that this may impact the assessment of your Expression of Interest
nomination.
