                                      Expression of Interest Summary
                  Governance
                  The Destination Management Project Control Group (DMPPCG) Expression of Interest Evaluation
                  Process is delivered in accordance with Noosa Council’s Expression of Interest Probity Plan.
                  Assessment is undertaken by Noosa Council’s Procurement Business Unit with oversight from Noosa
                  Council’s Governance Manager.
                  The process is administered by the Manager (Acting) of Noosa Council’s Economic Development.

                  Rules of Engagement
                  e   Expressions of interest invited from members of the Noosa community and/or industry.
                  e   Application process open from Monday 25 July 2022 and closes at midnight on Friday 5 August
                      2022.
                  e   Expressions of interest should be completed online using the following link
                  e   Evaluation of completed EOI’s will be undertaken by an independent panel of three of council’s
                      most senior executive officers, including the Chief Executive Officer.
                  e   Three representatives from the community/industry will be invited to join the DMP PCG.
                  e   Applicants deemed unsuccessful will be notified within 7 working days of the close of the EOI
                      process.
                  e   Uncompleted applications will not be evaluated, and council reserves the right to decline any
                      completed applications that have provided insufficient or poor information or are otherwise
                      considered unsuitable to be on the DMP PCG.

                  Evaluation Process
                  e   In accordance with Council’s standard EO! process and Probity Plan, evaluation of EOI’s will be
                      undertaken in two phases
                  e   Phase 1 of the Evaluation Process
                      -   Each EO! will be evaluated against following general criteria which correspond to the
                          questions in the online Expression of Interest
