5. Panellists confirm their top five EOI’s with Phase 2 moderator, in preparation for moderated
discussion in Phase 2.
Phase 2 — Moderated Evaluation
6. Top applications are discussed in a moderated session and overlayed with the additional criteria
which are not scored but instead are used to facilitate discussion.
- Complementarity of existing skill sets
- Regional representation
- Indigenous and inclusive representation
- Representation of self versus representation of many
- Unique or non-traditional criteria not specifically asked for, but useful
7. Moderator convenes group, encourages discussion, and assists panellists to reach a consensus
on three applicants — those that will add significant value to the PCG.
This will be a combination of independent scoring and the additional criteria above.

Very good: 60 — 79 points
