7            CONCLUSION
This town planning report supports a development application made by Andrew Martin seeking a
Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for Office uses over land located at 216 David Low Way
Peregian Beach, more formally described as Lot 4 on SP284446 and Lot 0 on SP284446 (Common areas).
The proposed development seeks remove the existing caretaker’s residence within tenancy 4 on the upper
floor with an office use which will have GFA of approximately 70m². The proposal does seek to undertake
any external building work.
The town planning report has addressed all the relevant planning matters concluding the proposal is
complying with them, On this basis, approval is sought subject to reasonable and relevant conditions.
