Regional Infrastructure
The site is mapped as a water resource
catchment area and water supply buffer area. In
accordance with AO5 of the Regional
Infrastructure overlay code, the proposed
development does not comply with the
separation distances by stream order as specified
in Table 8.2.9.3A, however the development
maintains an adequate separation distance and
avoids areas of potential flood inundation to
protect waterways or water supply sources. Refer
to Engineering Plans.
