1.0 SUMMARY 1.1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The subject land is located at 3 Taylor Court, Cooroy. The site is within a recently approved industrial estate (Council Reference: RAL20/0017). The subject land is located in the Low Impact Industry zone and is also subject to the locally refined requirements of the Cooroy Local Plan. The applicant has consulted experts in architecture, landscaping and civil engineering. Specialist reports and plans are attached and confirm that the proposed development complies with local planning scheme codes and State regulations, with suitable alternative solutions provided, where required, to satisfy all performance-based outcomes being sought. The applicant is applying for a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for Low Impact Industry and Caretaker’s Accommodation) and associated Operational Works (Engineering and Landscaping Works). In brief, the proposal is for an industrial development across twelve tenancies, with each unit provided with exclusive use parking.
