2.0 SITE DETAILS 2.1 SITE DESCRIPTION The subject land is formally described as Lot 4 on SP324340 at 3 Taylor Court, Cooroy, and has a site area of 5,676m2. The site is an irregular shaped block with a 46m frontage to Taylor Court. Refer Figure 1.
