 1. Introduction
vT Consulting Engineers has been commissioned by Rubicon Design and Construct Pty Ltd to
prepare this engineering services report and stormwater management plan. The development
is located at 1 Memorial Avenue, Tewantin QLD 4565 (Lot 10 on SP236319). The site locality is
illustrated in Figure1.1. This report is being submitted to support the Development Approval
for the proposed Tewantin Noosa RSL Entertainment and Dining Business Extension for Noosa
Regional Council’s (NRC) consideration.

The following report will detail civil engineering requirements for the development.
