Applicant’s Response to Item 5: The applicant has advised that there is an informal agreement between the property owners of 20 and 22 Mitti Street to share costs associated with the maintenance of the access on the road reserve. I attach for your information a recent email regarding the apportionment of cost associated with resurfacing of the road reserve access. Item 6: Reconfiguration plan prepared by a surveyor that confirms existing building locations and setbacks to proposed boundaries Applicant’s Response to Item 6: The applicant has confirmed that the rear building has been constructed in accordance with the approved building plans that detail a 2.0 metre rear boundary setback to the east and a 2.0 metre side boundary to the southern boundary. Survey pegs are currently on site on the north-eastern and south-eastern corners of the site that clearly detail the rear boundary line and building clearance. The applicant invites officers to inspect the site to further confirm this aspect. I further note that the aerial images from Google Earth and Councils mapping system are not accurate.
