This report investigates the stormwater management considerations for the existing and proposed development site and assesses how the run-off from the site is to be managed in accordance with Noosa Council (Council) requirements for stormwater drainage. Council issued an Information Request (IR) on 7 April 2026 focussing on clarification of stormwater aspects. A further information request and clarification about the stormwater management was issued on the 7 July 2026, which this report has been updated to address. 2. SITE DETAILS 2.1.
