Our Systems and Processes
       We have a focus on improving our systems to allow more online transactions to enable our
         community to have 24/7 access to various services. In relation to online payments, the
         spike in online payments in February was directly related to the rates period. We had seen
         a slight increase in the year on year trend for online payments but this has started to
         plateau.
       However, requests for services which are lodged online (as a percentage of total requests)
         are still quite low. Currently, only around 10 to 15% of customer requests are lodged
         online. The CEO has recently established a staff working group focusing on building a
         “digital culture” which focuses on a range of digital issues including our website, more
         online service, automation of transactions etc. This is only at an early stage.
