RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Executive Manager to the Planning & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 8 December 2015 providing an update on operations of the
Executive Office for the period 1 July 2015 to 30 September 2015.


REPORT
The purpose of this report is to inform Council of the progress of various initiatives and
programs of the Executive Office which includes the following functions:

                       Human Resources
                       Community Engagement
                       Economic Development Officer
                       Sustainability Officer
                       Customer Service
                       Governance
                       Executive Office Support

The following table provides an update on the activities undertaken in the Executive Office
during the period 1 July to 30 September 2015.
