The meeting minutes have been lodged alongside this application. The proposal is
considered to achieve a suitable built form outcome which is complementary to the built
form of the street and responds positively to the items raised in the prelodgement meeting.


4.0       Site Information and Analysis
4.1 Physical Description
The subject site is located at 65-67 Elanda Street, Sunshine Beach, formally known as Lot
410 and 411 of RP48112 (Figure 1). The site is an irregular shaped site that is 1,017sqm in
area with 31.2m of frontage to Elanda Street.

The site exhibits a slope away from the frontage of the site towards the east at the rear
boundary. A high point of approximately 45.5m AHD is identified in the north western
corner of the site before sloping down to a low of 41.5m AHD at the rear boundary (Figure
2). The site is not identified as containing significant vegetation.
