PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 6 APRIL 2021
Frontage works
It is noted that the full frontage currently has kerb and channel but no footpath. A footpath currently
exists on the northern side of Viewland Drive. It is considered unreasonable to condition the
construction of a footpath when there is no path to connect to on the southern side of Viewland Drive
and the proposed use.
