     A. Note the report by the Arts & Culture Manager to the General Committee dated 6
        October 2026 regarding the Noosa Regional Gallery Plus (NRG+) Business Case
        and project options;
     B. Note the NRG+ Detailed Business Case prepared by Knight Frank Australia
        provided at Attachment 1;
     C. Note the NRG+ Detailed Business Case analysis;
     D. Progress detailed investigation and feasibility analysis of Option 5 for a further
        report, to be funded through existing restricted funds donated to the project and
        existing operational budget re-allocation, to be managed through Budget Review
        2.
