This Town Planning Report has been prepared to accompany an application to Noosa Shire Council for the
purpose of Building Work, prepared by Plan A Town Planning Pty Ltd on behalf of H4 Living Pty Ltd over land
located at 23/2 Pandorea Court, Noosaville and described as Lot 23 on SP265109.

The Applicant is seeking a Development Permit for Building Work.

Council’s mapping indicates that the site is located within the Low Density Residential Zone of the Noosa Plan
2020.

The proposal includes:
