                 about the application in accordance with the provisions of the Development Assessment Rules
                 2017.

                 2.     FURTHER ADVICE
                 You are advised that:
                 The response to the information request has not addressed the items adequately as outlined
                 in the Information Request.
                 Issue – Unit 1 Upper Level Balcony & bins in front setback
                 Unit 1 - The proposed changes includes ‘operable screens’ along the street elevation of Unit
                 1. The screen will provide the appearance of an enclosed space which therefore contributes
                 to gross floor area.
                 Bins – the bins are located within the front 6 metres, it is recommended that they are brought
                 into alignment with the front fence, to reduce the dominance of the waste storage area, or
                 setback behind the building line.
                 Advice Required
                 1.     Provide revised plans reflective of the above.

                 the applicant’s response.
