1.3. Surrounding Land Uses
Surrounding land uses include short term accommodation, attached and detached dwelling
houses. The wider locality consists of mixed multi-units, duplexes and single dwellings. The site
is located in close proximity to Noosa Junction and Hasting Street precincts.
Aerial photography illustrates the site as an important green link between Noosa National Park
and the foreshore (Refer to Figure 5).
