RE:       MCU22/0097 - Response to Information Request – 14-16 Reserve Street, Pomona

Dear Georgina,

I refer to Council’s Information Request issued on 1 July 2022 in relation to the abovementioned
application.

In accordance with Part 3 Section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules and the Planning Act
2016, we hereby provide a response to the items raised in the request as detailed below:

Issue – Plans

A full set of plans have not been provided in support of the development application.

Information Required

      1. Provide a full set of elevations of the proposed building.


Response

Please see attached a revised set of architectural plans which include west and south elevations.


Issue – Access

The main entrance to the building is not visible and easily identifiable. There does not appear
to provide a direct link from the car parking areas or from the roadside to the premises.
There is a gate to ‘Lease C’ from the car park and an access between the outdoor seating
area and the adjoining distillery, although it is uncertain how customers navigate the site.

Information Required

      2. Provide amended plans identifying the main entrance to the Food and Drink Outlet, and how
         customers are to navigate the site from the roadside and internal driveways/parking areas
         safely i.e. defined footpath.
