Cover Letter - Response to Information Request
3. How will the proposed restaurant and car parking area be separated i.e. landscaping, fence,
footpath etc.
4. What is the future intent of ‘Lease C’, i.e., is this area intended to be used for overflow dining
etc.
5. Clarify the relationship between the proposed development and adjoining distillery, and why
the two uses have a shared access. What facilities (if any) do the two uses share.
Response
2. Please see attached revised architectural plans and engineering plans which illustrate a safe and

entry gatehouse has also been provided within the car park.
3. Please see attached landscaping plan prepared by Walk Studio which illustrates the landscape

timber fence is intended to be maintained and a formal pedestrian gatehouse/arbour structure
will be established for wayfinding purposes.

in terms of access, carparking and servicing and not rely on each other.
