                                                                                                           The first annual report on the progress of the Implementation Plan of the

                                                                                                           depend on local markets) are on track. Negotiations continue with Greenfleet
                                                                                                           to undertake a broad scale regeneration project and that is expected to come
                                                                                                           to fruition within the next 3 to 4 months.
