2.4 Existing Access Arrangement
The existing access arrangement for the development site is illustrated on Figure 2-4. All vehicle
movements are permitted into Noosa Civic via Hofmann Drive and Inner Ring Road. An early left-turn slip
lane is provided on the approach to Noosa Civic via the Northern Access. The Inner Ring Road access
locations are all movements permitted T-junctions. The Hofmann Drive access locations are provided via
roundabouts.
