5.6.9 Intersection 9: Central Road/Southern Access/Hofmann Drive
The intersection of Central Road/Southern Access/Hofmann Drive is proposed to be a three-way roundabout
with a single circulating lane. Hofmann Drive will be the east-west through road and Central Road will be the
northern leg of the intersection. The proposed layout of the analysed intersection is presented on Figure
5-14. Results for the analysis are summarised in Table 5-15. As the intersection will be constructed with the
development, there are no background traffic volumes and only development traffic volumes from 2018 are
applicable to this intersection.
