8 Conclusion
TTM was engaged by Calile Malouf Investments Pty Ltd to undertake an environmental noise assessment of
a proposed hotel located at 3 - 7 Serenity Place, Noosa. The assessment was based on the Noosa Council
Planning Scheme (Noosa Plan 2020).

Compliance with the Noosa Council Planning Scheme is predicted to be achieved based on the
implementation of the recommendations outlined in Section 7 of this report.
